Adjacent to the kitchen are the living and dining areas filled with pre-war inspired features including custom-designed trim, wall moldings and curved arch details.The secondary bedroom features an en-suite bathroom finished with a Calacatta Nero marble top vanity, Waterworks fixtures in chrome, honed gray limestone mosaic floors and a tub surrounded by white ceramic tile walls.

The primary bedroom is kept serene with custom oversized windows and wall moldings. Past the large walk-in closet, the primary bathroom features natural Novelda Cream limestone slab walls and flooring, a freestanding bathtub and classic Waterworks fixtures in chrome. The Bianco Dolomite marble tile-clad shower and separate water closet are entered through pyramid-glass and powder-coated steel doors. Additional features including a custom vanity with Calacatta Nero carved marble countertops, Duravit sinks and integrated medicine cabinets with gently curving corners create an elegant effect.
